* Move creation of legend div inside legend function and remove selections to hide legend div

* Add legend property to MapViz class to control legend visibility

* Add showLegend to clustered_circle.html and convert template to use jinja inheritances from base.html

* Add legend parameter to docs

* Center legend title and update legend colors and spacing

* Add horizontal legend option through legend_layout parameter

* Customize attribution control position/options and realign legend

* Implement legends (horizontal and vertical to include gradient legends)

* Add legend_fill, legend_header_fill and legend_text_color parameters to set legend colors

* Add example notebook for legend settings

* Generalize calcColorLegend function name

* Update viz.md with newest legend parameters

* Add argument for legend key shape (circle, square, rounded square, contiguous squares, line)

* Update legend control arguments, docs and example notebook; includes halo color for legend header text, precision for rounding numeric legend values, and adds contiguous bar legend key shapes
