add ctx to job thunk signature

when using middleware, the context was not being passed to the job
function or job thunk, thus it was completely inaccessible to the job.

to correct this and not break any backwards compatibility, ctx has been
added as a second argument to the job thunk, so when using a job thunk
format, the signature is as follows:

(...args) => (job, ctx) => { ... }

in the event ctx is needed
