Quote source hashkey in ForRapidDbic helper template

The RapidDbic config generated by the RapidDbic bootstrap helper now
properly quotes the source name keys in config in generated app class.
This fixes a bug preventing source names containing :: from working
out-of-the-box (throwing Bareword exceptions)

This bug was discussed within the comments of GitHub Pull Request #102
