Add flag to suppress error when there are no files to process (#151)

* Remove error when there are no files to process 

It's ok if there are no files. Rather than stop everything, we'll just keep going but throw a message in the debug.

* Add `suppressNoFilesError` flag

* Update README.md with new flag info

* Update README.md

* Fix prettier formatting error

* Add suppressNoFilesError test
