<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/fd90ccda2">Rename QuoteTransformer handler for clarity

* onNewLine was processing quotes not just on newline tokens but
  also on td/th tokens. Basically, it processed quotes on seeing
  an end of a quote-scope.

* Renamed the onNewline handler to processQuotes accordingly.
