[8.0][PORT] mobile app inventory (#118)

[PORT] mobile_app_inventory and full refactoring (from /grap/odoo-addons-mobile -b 7.0)
[PORT] Use new API
[ADD] New transient model mobile.app.inventory used as a unique controller for the front end part.
[ADD] Possibility to handle unknonwn barcode. (setting on res.company)
[ADD] Add 'One Page' UI, keeping the 'automate' UI available. (setting on res.company)
[REF] Full refactor of the JS part. (state machine, controllers, file names, etc...)
[REM] remove loading page
[ADD] possibility to search for an inventory or a location by it name
[IMP] use better icon for locations, inventory, ...
[ADD] cancel/reset button in all states
[IMP] add "use strict"
[IMP] remove jsonRpc from controllers
[IMP] better handling of the field mobile_available on stock.location
[IMP] Add parent_complete_name in view Otherwise, users will only see "stock" instead of WH1/Stock and WH2/Stock
[IMP] make apps works creating new inventory if default location is not set
