Update web3-eth-contract.rst (#1750)

Hey guys,

Since the version web3@1.0.0-beta.31, the confirmation number starts at 1 after a myContract.methods.myMethod().send(). 
I had opened an issue here a couple of weeks ago: https://github.com/ethereum/web3.js/issues/1713
