Update setup.py following packaging guidelines (#43)

* Update setup.py following packaging guidelines

Read packaging.python.org after suggestion from LHCb software librarian.  Made the following changes:

*  Find packages using:  `setuptools.find_packages()`
* Dropped disttools
* Marked beta since I think we're there in next release
* Added `Intended Audience :: Science/Research` and `Programming Language :: Python :: Implementation :: CPython` and `Topic :: Scientific/Engineering :: Physics`
* Changed spacing

* setuptools fix
