add a content length to the default response

in a test where two sozus are combined, the front one would strip the
"Connection: close" header (to get keep-alive on the frontend), but then
curl would not see a Connection header, a Transfer Encoding or a Content
Length, and would then hang because it does not know where the response
ends. Adding the Content-Length fixes this
