Adds map and mapState methods and derivableCache (#91)

* Adds map and mapState methods

* Adds derivableCache and significantly reduces minified code size

- Adds derivableCache that automatically caches derivables as long as they are used to power a reactor
- Adds a test.html to test the minified UMD bundles and to show off a nice usecase for Sherlock in vanilla pages
- Refactored Mapping and Derivation to use the same BaseDerivation
- Fixed bug: some Derivables would never disconnect, which might result in a memory leak
