* Evict execution context from cache when there is no workflow definition found.

Issue:
https://github.com/uber-go/cadence-client/issues/497

* Improve cache eviction by allowing pass error to workflowExecutionContextImpl Unlock method

* Fix TestWorkflowTask_NondeterministicDetection test which errors out laTunnel is not defined

* unit test for cache eviction when error occurred during workflow execution.
And formatting the code.
