* Update apollo-link to 1.2.2 

The discrepancy between this pinned version and the version in apollo-link-http makes TypeScript fail (due to the fact that the types are incompatible between the 1.2.1 and 1.2.2).

* Update CHANGELOG.md

* fix @types/graphql differences from apollo-link
