Remotenames (#71)

* modifications to checkout module script to parse .gitremotes file (if present) and setup listed remotes; origin is removed at the end of the process

* clone gitolite repo with name gitolite (not origin) as default

* removing origin remove from dls_checkout_module (gitolite origin automatically renamed during git clone)

* switch from o= to origin= for clarity in clone_from arguments

* replacing system commands with calls to GitPython for adding of remotes

* moving add remotes functionality into vcs_git; python style modifications

* logic fix in dls_checkout_module; add remotes only when checking out a single module

* adding missing docstring to get_clone_repo in gitserver.py

* refactor get_clone_repo in gitserver.py/gitoliteserver.py

* fix tests

* adding unittests for add_remotes; slight re-factor of add_remotes to facilitate unittests

* restore with statement in parse .gitremotes

* Add .gitremotes file.

* Minor logging tweak.
