Fix errors and make package working again (#24)

Make package working again. Removed unnecessary code and make a test for Craig-Bampton model reduction.

* Remove unnecessary files not used anywhere
* Remote tabulators from test files
* Add `Reexport` to `REQUIRE` and use Reexport
* Remove debug stuff from functions (like `println` functions and so on)
* Test Craig-Bampton model reduction code (partially untested, testing of assembly waits for a more consistent treating of boundary conditions in `FEMBase.jl` - to be done)
* Tested using a small model consisting a rectangular block and cylinder, which are tied together.
