Commit Message

Fix unit and feature test coverage

Remove Symfony Console injection hack (parsing with fake input, then
re-creating the commands with the actual input) with Symfony's Event
Dispatcher.

Test dependency configuration using reflection instead of testing each
method one by one.

Remove empty checks in DSM builder because the DependencyMap already
prohibits adding empty dependencies.

Ignore static as a dependency in the DependencyMap.
