ENH Refactoring of `State` and `Computation`

 `State`s no longer hold a useless `exp_name` field and a `progress` field has been added. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain it correctly (through the :meth:`notify_progress` method of the `Computation`. Other files (tests, ct_cout) have been modified accordingly.

  `Computation`s now offer the possibility to save partial results directly (the `PartialComputation` class has been removed accordingly). Also it gets the `Result` instance to store its computations directly. There is not yet a mechanism to resume automatically an interrupted computation but all the needed resources are in place. Other files (examples, tests) have been modified accordinlgy
