Avoiding accessing libmodulemd dictonaries-valued properties

With the Fedora 28 version of pygobject (3.28), GObject properties that
have a type of G_TYPE_HASH_TABLE don't work correctly. See
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pygobject/issues/226.

So instead of accessing, for example, mmd.props.profiles, call
the getter: in this case mmd.peek_profiles().
