Python 3.4 to 3.6 support

Upgraded code base to support 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6 in addition to the existing
Python 2.7 support.  Pypy nearly works (fails just a few unit-tests) but is a
lower priority.  Enabled additional runtime test for Travis, AppVeyor, and tox
for local testing.

Found a better way to handle stanza sort order by adding custom gt/lt
comparison operators to the Token() class replacing the custom sorter function.
