* Fix #147 Implements a lexical disperision plot

Builds DispersionPlot Visualizer that shows the occurrence of a word in a
corpus and the distance each word is from the beginning of the corpus.

MINOR CHANGES
* Add quick method for DispersionPlot Visualizer
1.  minor: reword docstrings

* Implement a single iteration on the data with a generator, speed up performance 2-3X
1.  Changed name to DispersionPlot for uniformity with other Visualizers
2.  Change the file's header parameter because it is generally auto-generated
3.  Edit docstring - parameters for clarity on targeted_words
4.  Add ignore_case as a parameter
