Return a return value based on a regex comparism

Comparism on plain string level gets complicated for complex commands and means
an implict check for an exact version of a command line. There are cases where
such an exact check is not desired, e.g. there is nothing wrong with having the
order of arguments variable.

Up to now we checked for exact similarity. Now the first matching regex wins. As
long as we have simple strings nothing changes. In case of a 'real' regex we
must be precise enough for getting the expected return value.
