fix(build): remove build in prepare and remove githooks yarn install (#417)

affects: eslint-plugin-patternfly-react, @patternfly/react-docs

Running build on prepare/postinstall is causing build to run ~3 times per build in travis.  This
slows down the build time and is unneeded. Along with this running install after pulls seems
unnecessary this does not follow what most other repos do and is a little jaring. Removed build
needed for eslint.  This did not add any value.
