With this, one can modify the the single-element patterns to better
match measurements. This is especially useful for OOB composite-pattern
calculation. According to WP5D-C-0936
(https://www.itu.int/md/R15-WP5D-C-0936/en) document, one can simply
modify the d_{h/v} spacings for this purpose.
