Add to AppVeyor

Make all old tests work on Appveyor.
Need to install newer Chrome than usual on AppVeyor for that.
Also make them work with IE.
Add reg file to handle IE weirdness.
Minor cleanup.

I'm pretty happy with this and I haven't even explored the things I can
do with AppVeyor. So far, my favorite! I don't know where I can run on
Macs yet, though. I'll need that for Mac Safari and for iOS simulation.
