Refactor the AST API of class and function definitions

In preparation for adding metadata, annotations and other amenities
in ThingTalk (part of the meta language), we need a richer AST
data structure.

Also refactor heavily the typechecking code, which was doing
nasty things to the schemas (now ExpressionSignature classes)
