Adding biplot to the PCADecomposition visualizer (#481)

I added a new parameter called proj_features to the PCADecomposition visualizer, now you can plot the features in projected space. With this change the visualizer will behave like a biplot. 

There is one drawback, currently I don't know how to plot arrows in 3d with matplolib so I just plot lines instead of arrows when proj_dim is equal to 3.
