Client: Fix for session behavior.
 - Updated login.guard, go to home if login cannot be loaded (manually entered the url in the address bar). Spec updated.
  - Updated session service, save loggedIn and notLoggedIn values in cookies instead of indexedDB so when unbeforeunlaod is called the sync operation of deleting the value inside the cookies gets finished before the page is unloaded.
  - Updated login.component, unsubscribe on destroy from isNotLoggedIn obs.
  - Updated package.json, removed unnecessary param.
