Completely refactored redux to reduce boilerplate. Actions are assigned to every level of InitialState. Article details are now requested individually on mount by the Article component, and search queries return an array of article IDs. Article/Store Data is now stored seperately and synced to localStorage to increase future load times. Need to add planograms requesting by store, and perhaps configure article to re-fetch data if it is from localStorage.
