* Initial skeleton in place

* basic skeleton in place with unit tests, schema added for endpoints

* Pagination handling in place, plus additional unit tests

* Collection of team.accessLog entries updated to only return entries with new data.

* Schema validation tests in place for slack logs

* Reformat to satisfy the linter
Added unit tests to get 100 percent coverage for the slack app

* updates per PR feedback

* Added a section on Slack authorization to the App Configuration documentation
