Feature/verification expansion (#1476)

* JPA magic for embedded sourcefile metadata
* Add verification JPA structure, propose endpoint, and tests
* Verification data needs to flow up
* Fix duplicate creation of test json for tools
* Properly calculate relative paths for files endpoint
* Avoid creation of new files on refresh
* Workaround for hibernate issue with eagerly loaded files
* Fix validity error and revert lazy load
