xt/perlcritic.t: add Perl::Critic author test

Introduce testing for typical issues of authors to ensure best
user experience ;)

Reviewing findings of Perl::Critic and try to refactor code
without change initial intension but shut up Perl::Critic test.
Basically, all NIH occurences identified are replaced by using
the original code whenever possible.
