Moved extraction classes to extraction.model package. Search package no longer contains "bomtool". Renamed processed code location to bdio code location to clarify what it is actually for. "ExtractionResult" became ExtractionResultType. The multitude of steps in detect project manager have been split into appropriate managers, such as SearchManager and ExtractionManager and BdioManager. Each produces a result object such as SearchResult that contains it's status and related things such as codelocations generated. This way each piece is easier to follow. Thus Detect Project has been dramatically slimmed down and represents the final output (it does not have state). Created DetectProjectRequestBuilder so project itself does not know about ProjectRequestBuilder.
