Add new API route to retrieve single Theme (#20)

Add a new GET /api/themes/:id route that allows user to retrieve a single
Theme based on its ID.
This route implements the `only`/`except` pattern.

Update the documentation to reflect this new route.

Rename all documentation file that were documenting api routes from
`{subject}.raml` to `{subject}.api.raml`, to be consistent with the other
files, named `{subject}.api.js` and `{subject}.api.spec.js`.

Refactor a test on the action test suite to use the `expectTheme`, which
is way better.
