Allow structured element with children

Introduce an 'StructuredElement' type, which can contain children.
Add an abstract class for both 'simple' and 'structured' types.
Elements are, now, responsible of their own JAXB conversion.

Deprecates methods directly using 'SimpleElement'.
Provides a single entry point, to create element builders.

Fixes bug: attributes were not properly unmarshalled.
Fixes #25
