refactor: Remove .getReferencingNodes() found on some nodes and languageService.getDefinitionReferencingNodes()

BREAKING CHANGE: getReferencingNodes and getDefinitionReferencingNodes are both renamed to .findReferencesAsNodes(). This is so the method is more discoverable in auto complete when looking at .findReferences().
