Provide a basic example of how to use mplview

Based on feedback it was suggested a simple usage example should be
included in the README (ideally amenable to copy-pasting). This adds
such an example with dummy data that could be lifted and used in a
Jupyter Notebook along with some explanation about how it works or could
work.
