Work on appJar Explorer #401

appJarExplorer all now wrapped up in a class - ready to move into appJar.

Added parameter to labelFrame to set the font of the label.
Moved configure for subWindows - so they actually take effect.
Changed `.removeWidgetType()` to use `.cleanseWidgets()` - to allow the labelFrame to be properly removed.
