<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/b223b60c6">Be smarter about adding trailing whitespace for previous td/th cells

* Updated the mocha regression test (which fails without this patch).

  If you notice from the change, selser doesn&#39;t preserve the whitespace
  for &#39;unedited c3&#39;. This is because WTSUtils.origSrcValidInEditedContext
  returns false for this cell. So, only the &lt;td&gt; wrapper is emitted by
  selser, but the contents go through regular html2wt.

* The blacklist change are improvements (which I missed from the first
  patch that added whitespace heuristics - bf3a2fd2b).
