Execution engine results now produced on the fly.

Empty result descriptors used to be prepared during data decomposition and stored alongside the corresponding subjobs. Now, each subjob creates sub-results on the fly, and these can be for different queries and bands. These implied deep changes to the Analytics/Execution engine throughout, including at the store level, and also in the tests as the data is retrieved in a different way. The JRO is now considered complete when all sub-jobs complete. However, its shape and type can usually be retrieved earlier on, as soon as enough information about its chunk sizes gets known. This is achieved via the `position` and `total_cells` parameters, as explained in the JRO. Some work was also done to ensure all data created by subjobs, whether on their own filesystem area or in s3, as well as returned to the end-user, can be directed to the same `output_dir`, allowing a central data repository and easy cleaning during tests especially. Most analytics related tests were updated, made more modular, and they mostly now clean-up after themselves.
