js_dump: Fixed tests for Go 1.6 .

- Also strengthened tests to check JSON output.
- Switched to use marker-names for the index.
  - Names make more sense as strings.
  - 1.6 can't encode any type but strings as JSON keys.
    - Later versions just coerce any type to a string automatically.
  - No longer include marker names and IDs as explicit fields.

- Added "length" field to output JSON.
