Provision server and elasticsearch on Vagrant and AWS (#63) (#71)

* Added support for Vagrant and Ansible - this version provisions Postgres.

* Now provisioned 3 ElasticSearch nodes that can see each other.

* Revamped vagrant/ansible config - runs but API is still not working.

* Working Vagrant/Ansible app with 3 ElasticSearch nodes and IMDB data.

* Refactored and renamed host hierarchy to be more explicit to help avoid conflicts with external naming.

* Bug fixes for AWS provisioning.

* Bug fixes for broken Vagrant provisioning.

* Moved host check disabling to AWS mode only.

* Vagrant provisioning now works again from start to finish, including being able to index imdb.

* Bug fix for AWS provisioning - not sure why default value is not used.

* Added a readme
