table wrap parameter #458 list style bos update #452

#458 - now possible to set `wrap` parameter when configuring tables, to set where cells wrap to a new line.

#452 - lots of changes to updating listboxes - trying to standardise across the 3 widgets (select, deselect, toggle, clear, rename, replace, delete). Required introducing some new functions: `.clearSpinBox()`, `.changeSpinBox()`, `.deselectListItemAtPos()`, `.deselectAllListItems()`
