make get_parent_pid 64-bit compatible #2147 #2237

By defining the get_parent_pid() method to use a 64-bit compatible
structure definition, it's now able to get the parent process identifier
under 64-bit environments. This resolves the issue of self.ppid being
None and therefore crashing the zer0m0n.hidepid() method.
