Added caching for chapter list on source
Added getter and setter for storing the chapter list generated by the scraper to the SeriesCache. Moved setting of the update interval to the constructor of the cache. Also added a method to determine if the cache for a source was last updated past the update interval. Added tests for new methods and updated broken tests.
