PERL-907 Test with BSON Codec using full wrapping

The BSON codec allows wrapping all numbers/string in BSON type
wrappers like BSON::Int32 or BSON::String.  While those wrappers have
overloading to act as their Perl-native counterparts, the wrappers
may cause subtle breakage.  To address that, this commit allows running
most of the test suite with BSON type wrappers enabled, with fixes
to various internals needed to account for that situation.
