Add Patient Search Tests (#586)

* Create a base class for pages that has common functionality and allows pages to reuse components

* Make sure all items are deleted between tests. We were losing track of items because our array of items to delete was changing unexpectedly

* Give patients static ids to avoid data injections issues

* Add get all api to fetch a collection of records

* Automate testing patient search on each page

* Catch errors thrown during cleanup

* Update page options: isLoaded instead of loaded and urlPart instead of inUrl

* When searching wait for overlay element to disappear instead of waiting for an arbitrary amount of time

* Disable autoselecting patients when searching in end-to-end tests. Currently, the barcode handler autoselects a patient after automation fills the search box with the patient's id. These changes make the barcode handler check for the autoselect html attribute, which is set to false when searching in automated tests, to make sure auto selection doesn't happen in tests but does happen in production

* Add barcodeHandler unit tests. In a previous check in I added a switch in the barcode handler to enable/disable auto selection based on the <barcode-listener> element's data-auto-select property. These changes test that switch to make sure it's working properly
