ffiimp.js: rebuild each time

There were some odd conditions here. If you ever gave a C module
the same name, it would never recompile.

Also, not every system adds .so, though most Linux GCC's should be
consistent--but why push your luck?

There's still a very odd return value of a string that must
be exactly matched. That is WAY too error prone.
