Commit Message

Core: fixes and improvements for MC Method.
- improved cone radius algorithm, now using inuitively clear angles
- improved Method_MC by fixing random rotation of spin vectors, going into a local reference frame and then rotating there
- added example Python script for Monte Carlo, calculating some observables over temperature
- also added missing Python binding for topological charge
