Partial Integration Testing Automation

Defines a dead-simple canonical service to test against.  This service needs iteration to support automation.

Provides automatic validation of the "intro to slsart" (deploy-invoke-remove) workflow via the test in `~/tests/integration/intro/intro.js`.

The test in `~/tests/integration/monitor/monitor.js` is incomplete (see TODOs) in that it does not yet validate the monitoring failure detection and alerting behavior.  It does validate the workflow of creating and deploying monitoring mode script/service asset combinations.
