Revert upload behavior to 1.2.0 (#65)

* Fix uploads being saved to an empty named folder

* Remove error reporting from dx.watchRemoteFile

Technically, progress should never fail, but `dx describe` throw an
error for various conditions. This reverts behavior back to how it was
in 1.2.0 where it was just silently ignored.
