Colorize semantic diffs to distinguish context from diffs

* For semantic diffs, we display some wikitext context around the
  actual diff. However, it often makes it harder to discern the
  actual wikitext diff.

* This patch colorizes context to blue and diffs to green and red.

* For example, on eswiki:Partido Demócrata Cristiano (Chile)
  the colors makes it more obvious why some diffs are being classified
  as semantic diffs.
